McMenamins

My sister-in-law got married in Portland, OR this past July at this really funky place called McMenamins where The Shining meets Woodstock meets good ol' Pacific Northwest vibes. The basic gist is that this place has a huge grounds complete with a massive hotel, a vineyard, a garden, a pitch and putt golf course, a hopping music venue, 6 or 7 small bars scattered through the grounds plus three restaurants and a spa with a warm wading pool. In other words, this place is a good test to see if you are generally a miserable person or not. If you can't feel good here, I'm concerned for you.
